Digital Cameras Under $50

Finding a cheap digital camera in the price range below $50 can be a challenge. Many people as us what the main difference is between a digital camera under $50 and those that are more expensive? The most obvious difference to the naked eye is the megapixels. If you are considering enlarging and printing out the pictures taken by a $50 camera, then you have to think again. Are you only going to look at them on the computer and email them to friends you should be fine. Most of the digital cameras below $50 can also handle to print smaller sized photos.

Another thing to consider when you buy a really cheap digital camera is the zoom on it. Or let me rephrase that, the lack of zoom on it. Most of these cheap digital cameras have no optical zoom and most don’t even have a digital zoom. Make sure to check the features of each specified camera to find the right one for your use. There are some great digital cameras to be found here for under $50.

Some other areas that might suffer are the body quality of the camera and a bit longer shutter delay. The battery life is usually a bit worse than the more expensive cameras. If you plan to mostly take photos outdoors or in lit areas and want a camera you can always bring, then a digital camera under $50 should be your pick.

I have noticed that most of my best pictures are taken with my cheapest camera. How come you might wonder? Well since I always have my cheap camera in my pocket wherever I go, it’s always there when something happens. The other day when I was on my way to my job I found a great eagle sitting at the side of the road. I could park my car very close to it and was able to get some great pictures, thanks to my $50 digital camera I had in my pocket. No matter what camera you have today, I always recommend people to get a cheap digital camera for these purposes.
